Welcome to Dreamwall. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dreamwall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Dreamwall is a personal manifestation and visual journaling app that allows you to create manifestations, track progress, record voice affirmations, and build visual dream boards. The app is available as a free version with optional premium subscription.

3. Account

You may use the app anonymously or create an account via Apple, Google, or Email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered if you lose access to your device.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Dreamwall offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly ($19.99/month) and Annual ($69.99/year)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Dreamwall, including manifestations, reflections, photos, and audio recordings. Your content is stored locally on your device. We do not claim any rights to your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Interfere with the app's operation or security

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Dreamwall is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your personal content is stored on your device only and is not backed up to our servers. Deleting the app will permanently delete your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dreamwall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Dreamwall is a journaling tool and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
